The development consists of 101 apartments over 7 levels offering a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The overall building form consists of 6 interlocking volumes at varying heights, scales and setbacks that articulates the building into separate distinctive forms. The concept integrates the required setbacks into the overall composition and avoids a typical ‘wedding cake’ typology.
