The development continues the medium to high density precedent set by other multi level residential buildings in the immediate vicinity. The site is a predominant corner location and the building is viewed as an object. The façade uses a combination of coloured precast cladding (outer façade) with aluminium and glass cladding (inner façade) in a stepped pattern, morphed by the apartment grid to mask any repetitive or stacked façade openings while integrating the ground floor car park into the overall façade concept.
